Kings Beach State Recreation Area

Kings Beach State Recreation area has ponderosa pine and small brush covering the park's 700 feet of Lake Tahoe frontage area. This day-use only area is popular for water sports during the summer.

The park is located 12 miles northeast of Tahoe City on Hwy 28.
