Japanese Garden At the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant

This water treatment facility in Van Nuys is highlighted by a six-acre Japanese garden with paths that wind past lakes, surrounded by lawns, bonsai trees, and decorated stones. A teahouse, zigzag bridge, and stone lanterns complement the gardens. Tours are given Monday through Thursdays and Saturday afternoons. Reservations are required, please call in advance.
