Comments: This hotel is a Plazzazio! The staff are impeccable. they dress much like European staff. They are knowledgeable and will and have gone out of their way to accommodate my family and I since our arrival. The GM-Fred will do anything "legal" to seethat guests are receiving value for their money. Whnd I travelled to Italy and Sciliy, I was met by superb service and I thought if only I could bring these people back to the US with me. Well, now, I am glad I did not. The staff and housekeeping personnel will make certain that you have everything you need to enjoy your room, excuse me your Suite. Thanks Sunset Plaza Hotel.
