Goleta, Santa Barbara and Carpinteria sit at the ocean's edge and over-look the Pacific. To the north lies the [santayne] Valley, dotted with vineyards. The North County also includes the Danish village of Solvang, known for its windmills and delicious pastries, and Santa Maria, home of the Santa Barbara County Fair and originator of the tri-tip barbecue.
With over 90 programs from which to choose, there are surely several to help one develop skills in the vocational or technical Certificate programs, improve one's workforce skills, or to change careers.
