Glendale University College of Law |
At Glendale University College of Law, the part-time J.D. Program takes four (or for those who wish, five) years to complete. One hundred twenty-six (126) quarter units are required for graduation.
GUCL s curriculum ensures that students acquire a thorough understanding and mastery of legal theory and substantive law. Additionally, students engage in extensive practical training. During the first three years, students receive intensive instruction in legal research and legal writing; they develop a case from initial client contact through all the steps and pleadings in a civil lawsuit; they write briefs and present oral arguments in appellate moot court. In the fourth year, students argue motions and conduct a trial.
The University is located in Los Angeles County and has an enrollment of about 120.
