Glendale Community College

Glendale Community College was founded in 1927 to serve the needs of the people in the Glendale Union High School District which included La Crescenta, Glendale and Tujunga. The campus now consists of 100 acres and 15 permanent buildings. It is beautifully located on the slopes of the San Rafael Mountains overlooking the valleys in the Glendale area.

GCC has a wide array of Academic Divisions including: Allied Health; Biology; Business; English; ESL (both credit and non-credit); Health and Physical Education; Language Arts; Mathematics; Physical Sciences; Social Sciences; Technology & Aviation and Visual and Performing Arts. These programs lead to the Associte of Arts or the Associate of Science degrees or a variety of Certicates.
