Hakusan Sake Gardens

Open since March 1990, Hakusan Sake Gardens is the Tasting Room for Kohnan Incorporated Sake production facility.

Hakusan sakes are made from short grain rice grown in the Sacramento Valley.

Located on the corner of Highways 12 and 29, with entrance from North Kelley Road, the elegant tasting room, overlooking beautiful Japanese gardens, is open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. excluding Wednesday.

Four sakes are tasted while visitors view a seven-minute video on sake production. They are then welcome to purchase sake and related items.
