The Frantoio Ristorante is fine dining featuring Northern Italian cuisine. Guests can watch while E.V. Olive Oil is produced in the traditional method. This is the only restaurant in the U.S. with an in house olive oil production facility. The restaurant has patio dining and live piano on Wednesdays.
