Moksha Yoga Shala

Moksha Yoga Shala teaches an authentic and complete Hatha yoga. Their program is based around the shadow style of Hatha Yoga, with additional inspiration coming from the late yoga master Krishnamacharya. They also offer a comprehensive training program, designed for those who would like to add greater depth and understanding to their practice. This program is on going and is designed for all levels, from beginners through teachers.
